Please help me my husband and me lost connection in our feeling long time ago.we don’t live together already but I’m not sure if he wants to divorce. I’m scared that he only wanted documents in this country. Please help

Hi I would like to know how to obtain a no fault divorce for my sister and how much would it cost also. My sister is based in new York she came through her husband who’s am American citizen she has her green card. She suffered domestic abuse which put her into a phsicartic unit she was also put into a domestic shelter but returned to hospital as she was unwell. She did not reported it to the police but her husband did admit it to the police he was abusive to her when he reported her missing they also have not been physically involved since she’s been in USA. I would like to know how can I go about in getting a no fault divorce. I’m not happy in my marriage and really don’t have the money for a lawyer
